Wow! That was the largest size 7 I've ever put on my foot. At least 1/2 size too large...possibly a full size. Very cute, though, and I am returning it to try a 6.5 size now.

This was such a beautiful shoe! I really wanted it to fit. I am between a 7 and 6-1/2 M. Oddly, this is the only 6-1/2 that was too big for me. Georgeous, but I had to return them.

My foot shape is a little like a paddle, broad toe area, high arch, heel is narrow. I'm 5'6 and have a slender build. I returned this item: Falicia, from AK, because it was too big, didn't fit. Cut somewhat low in toe box, (showed toe cleavage) it tapered back too wide in mid foot and heel, for my foot. The sole is nice flexible and rubber-like, the lining, soft brushed faux suede.

This style runs big! So disappointing because I wore them a couple times before I realized just how big they are. I usually wear an 8 (which is what I ordered), but these hardly stay on my feet. I couldn't return them because I'd worn them outside so I tried using shoe sizers, which didn't help. I'm stuck with super cute shoes that I can't wear (so sad). I rated them a 3 for comfort since I'm not sure how they would feel if they fit properly. I recommend ordering down at least a half size, maybe a whole size since they're leather and will stretch. If possible, order two sizes and return the one that doesn't fit.

These are great shoes - very comfortable but stylish as well. The only downside is that when I wear long pants, sometimes the zipper pull gets flipped up and stays like that. And with a skirt, the zipper can be noisy when you're walking through the office.

I don't really wear heels, but needed a pair for an event. These shoes are comfortable (as heels go), were easy to walk in and felt well-structured (I feel stable walking in them). I also like the detail of the zipper on the back. A great go-to heel for any occassion.

Pretty comfortable shoes. Only complaint is that the zipper details broke after a few months, and what's left behind can scratch your foot pretty bad!

The shoes looks nice and are comfortable. I liked the decorative zipper detail when I was buying them. However, the zipper makes it practically impossible to wear them with pants. It constantly pulls and catches on the pant. I tried gluing the zipper down and it helped a bit but I still had to re-hem a pair of pants because of it.

Quality of this shoe is very nice. Heel height is very easy to walk in for long periods of time. Definitely runs a half size larger than marked. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 in pointy toe shoes, but had to go down to a 6.5 in these.

This is a nice-looking and comfortable shoe. The toe box is wider than others I tried which was the main reason I kept it. The color wasn't quite the nude I was looking for, but all in all a good shoe.

I wanted to love these shoes and had friends recommend them. Sadly they are not a good fit for high arched gals like myself. It also had too much toe cleavage for me. Otherwise these are great shoes. The leather is amazing! I heard they ran big so I ordered half size down (7). They still felt a tad too big, which could have contributed to the issues.

I really wanted to keep these shoes! They were stunning on, however, I found the heel to be just a bit higher than are comfortable for me, so after much debate, I decided to return them. Loved the color, and the zipper on the back added a bit of dash to the shoe.

Love these shoes for fit and comfort. The zipper is cute but a big problem for me. I sit with one foot tucked under me and the zipper catches the material on my skirt and causes a tear or pull. Recently the zipper caught on something while walking and the tab pulled off, so now I can only wear them with pants long enough to cover the zipper. Really wish these were offered without the zipper.

Comfortable shoe and a good basic black pump, nothing spectacular, but basic and good. I did have to return it for a half size smaller. I am a solid 7.5 90% of the time, but had to go down to a 7!

Cute! Probably would've been comfortable but the 5 was too big. Disappointed. Very difficult to find a true size 5, but Zappos makes my search much more pleasurable!

I just received this pair in navy. They look great! However, they run a little large as I typically wear a size 7, but they're a little large and slip off my heel a little when I walk. I wish I would have purchased them in a size 6 1/2.

Loved the shoe; however, I listened to other reviews and ordered 1/2 size smaller but sadly I found I actually needed, or think at least, that I need a whole size smaller. I am normally a solid 7 but think I could use a 6 in this one...and I have a wide foot! Unfortunately I am returning them.

I will be the first to admit I don’t love heels. I bought these because they weren’t too tall and seemed to have a nice insole. My biggest complaint is a seam towards the heel rubbed raw spots on both feet. Be careful if you purchase these.

These were way too large and I had to return them. I have small feet and my normal size was too large, there was a big gap from the top of my foot to where the shoe stopped. The look is great but unfortunate didn't work for me.

Very narrow shoe, especially in the toebox. I usually find Anne Klein shoes to be really comfortable, and run up to 1/2 size too big, but not the case here. The navy isn't very dark, either.

I like the look of this shoe, but found it very large. I always put heel cups into my pumps (absolutely necessity). I placed a heel cup between my foot and the shoe (without removing adhesive) to test the fit, but these still seemed large. The zipper made them appear even larger/ more ill-fitted. I may try this shoe in a smaller size at a later time, but am returning them for now.
