Can't wait to wear them to work. I vary from a size 6.5 to 7. Bought the 6.5. Slipped on like slippers. Nice detail with the zipper accent.

I think these are so stylish. I love the zipper detail in the back; however, it does tend to catch on the hem of my pants. Maybe they're meant to be worn with dresses or skirts, especially to show off the zipper. I still love them though.

Ordered a half size up based on other reviews- was worried they'd be a little loose but as I walked around in them they seem fine, maybe a tiny bit larger, but I think if I'd ordered in my true size 7 they'd probably be on the snug size. Suppose I'd rather err on them being a little big. Walked around in them a fair bit as I'm a stickler for not keeping shoes that are uncomfortable- the heel looks high and sassy but is low enough that I can walk comfortably in them. So comfortable in fact that I've ordered several other Anne Klein heels at this point (in short order) and have found them all to be similarly great! Sticking with this brand for good!

I love Anne Klein shoes... they always fit true to size and are instantly comfortable. These are no exception. After realizing that they are no longer making my favorite shoe (Christa) in my size I had to find a new shoe to love. These did not disappoint. The zipper adds that little flair to an ordinary black pump. All the ladies at work crowded around to ohh and ahhh when I opened them.

These are fabulous! They are comfortable and cute! I wore these all day and my feet were happy! I love Anne Klein shoes anyway. I am a huge fan! I recommend strongly!

I wear an 8 1/2, but like to order a 9 in heels. Sometimes that means my foot slips a little in the back, but not with these. They were surprisingly comfortable, too. These were for a wedding, and I was in them for four hours with no problems. No arch support, but a little extra padding at the ball of the foot.

I love these shoes! Always get compliments on them. They are pretty comfortable too.

Tolerable high heels unless you are going to be doing a lot of walking or standing. If you have narrow feet like I do, these will stay on your feet, which is nice. The gold zipper on the back is a great detail -- makes these shoes unique and hip without being unprofessional or gaudy. I really love these shoes. The heel is high enough to feel like a "real" high heel, but not high enough so you feel like you are balancing on toothpicks.

Have been looking for a nice pump that is comfortable and not too high. Absolutely love these pumps! Since I am a runner, I battle plantar fasciitis and these shoes have been amazing. As always, Zappos is the best! I love the magic that Zappos performs to get my shoes to my door the next day!

I love these shoes! The trim around the top, the zipper in back and the patent leather heel give some distinction to plain black pumps. They are super comfortable too. My feet get painful in high heels so I have to keep my heels to around 3" and these are perfect; high enough to still look sexy and sophisticated but low enough to be able to comfortably wear and walk around with grace. I also own these in the leopard print and get a lot of compliments on both!

The burnt wine reptile color is beautiful. This gold zipper on the back is the perfect trendy accent. The shoes are comfortable and not too high. Love, love, love.

Very comfortable. I have a lot of trouble walking in heels because I have very high arches. These shoes have pretty good support and a very flexible sole. They are not too high and they are super adorable. I got the leopard. So many compliments on the style and zipper. Love these shoes.

Great purchase. I was looking for an animal print that looked natural and expensive but at an affordable price. This shoe exceeded my expectations.

I just recently ordered from Zappos for the first time. I have been very happy with the two pairs of heels that I purchased including the style, fit comfort & price. I would suggest you try Zappos!

The toe is more pointed in reality than in the pictures, but does not feel too snug in the box. I went down half a size due to the other reviews, which worked well. The zipper is cute but not distracting.

Good quality but too big

The are absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately I had to send back because they were about 1/2 size too big in length. The width felt true to size just not length. The zipper on the back just gave this ordinary shoe a step up.

Comfortable shoe, but the zipper detail on the back made to much noise as I walked for my preferences.

This is my second pair of these. They are very comfortable heels. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the zipper pull fell off both pairs-the right shoe???

I almost always buy size 8.5. Depending on the brand, style, etc they are often too tight on me - especially in pointy toe pumps. Getting ready to go to a family wedding, I recently bought several pairs of pumps trying to find one that isn't too painful on my tootsies. I've returned about half a dozen pairs because of the problem. But this one - Anne Klein Felicia - is quite the opposite. It's too big - the 8.5 is too long. I can fit my thumb in at the back of the shoe, with room to spare. It's such a pity, because the width feels great. I'm exchanging it for the size 8 in the hopes that the width and length will both be good. Fingers crossed!
