About TOMS

TOMS® began as a simple idea while Blake Mycoskie, founder of the company, was traveling in Argentina in 2006. He witnessed the hardships faced by children growing up without shoes and wanted to help, so he created TOMS, a company that would match every pair of shoes purchased with a new pair of shoes for a child in need.  And the idea of One for One® was born.

TOMS also dreamed up the alpargata-inspired Classics shoe that comes in a variety of materials like canvas, tweed, wool, burlap, mesh and crochet. And each style features their signature classic toe stitching, elastic v-panel, suede leather footbed, and a flexible rubber outsole.  These shoes are made for all-day wear whether you are simply walking the city streets or traveling the world.

While the Classics have been a favorite for years, TOMS also offers a variety of other footwear styles for men, women, and kids.  Women’s styles like the Desert Wedge, Nepal Boot, Del Rey sneaker and TOMS leather booties have become fast favorites. And their fashion winter boots are perfect for city or country walks. TOMS men's shoes like the Paseo, Chukka Boot, and Brogue styles offer a laid-back yet handsome look in a variety of durable fabric uppers and reliable rubber outsole that will last for years to come. TOMS kids footwear collection has all the same qualities of style and durability as the adults with a variety of loafers, boots, sneakers, and flats to choose from.

The TOMS Bag Collection reflects the traditional textiles seen worldwide and each tote, crossbody, and hobo bag offer both fashion and functionality. Their durable canvas, soft suede leather, and felt materials offer long-lasting durability, while the roomy, organized interiors make them ideal everyday use. These bags are so functional, you can take them to the farmer’s market or use them as your traveling companion!

TOMS Eyewear features a variety of looks from wayfarer-inspired sunglasses, sleek aviator frames, to superstar-inspired oversized styles. Many of the sunglasses have 100% UVA/UVB protection and polarized options are available as well. TOMS provides prescription glasses, medical treatment and/or sight-saving surgery in thirteen countries, so with every purchase, you the customer, provide the opportunity to restore sight to a person in need.

What began as a simple idea has evolved into a powerful business model, and with every TOMS product you purchase, TOMS will help a person in need. One for One®.

As far as I'm concerned, these are the closest I can get to going barefoot, and I love being barefoot! Since I can't run errands barefooted, I grab one of my 5 (yep, 5) pair of Toms & head out the door. MUCH easier on the feet than any kind of flip-flop, and definitely more fun. ??

These are by far my favorite pair of shoes and I wear them all the time. The Jutti flat is incredibly comfortable and can easily be dressed down or up. They fit true to size and aren't as narrow as some of the other Toms shoes (I have a bit of a wider foot). They also didn't take any time to break in which is always a plus. I've worn these shoes when walking all day and my feet never hurt. These are well worth the value!

This is my second pair of toms & I love them right out of the box! However, they seem to made a bit cheaper than the pair I had a few years ago. Still a beautiful style & comfortable! Compliments all kinds of outfits! I'm a 6.5 & I ordered the 6. Fits like a glove.

I typically wear a 7.5-8 and for these I had to go down to a 7, this was my first tom's purchase and everyone I spoke to and all the reviews I read say they will def stretch. Also, Tom's tells you that your toe should be almost hitting the front of the shoe, and I don't think this is typically the case with other shoes. I have been wearing mine in and around the house so I don't blister on my first real trip out. They feel super comfortable and can't wait to break them in!

These are so comfortable I would like one in every color! I usually wear an 81/2 and with Toms I wear an 8. I would order down a half size !

Good looking shoe, well made and (so far) pretty comfortable after only 1 wear. I am a sold US size 11 and had to send back the first pair of Toms for a 10, which ironically Toms lists as a EU 42, leading me to conclude that's Toms's run a size big. Good to know for next time!

Good looking casual shoe that pairs up well with jeans, shorts,& khaki's. Pretty comfortable for short periods of time, don't think they would work out for long walks, more of a knocking around kind of shoe. Loose fitting shoe all around, in width and in the heel, length fit true to size.

I have wide feet, no arches, and issues with bunions. These shoes have been one of the only pair of flats that comfortably hide my bunions, looks stylish, and are comfortable for all day wear! TOMS are my go to for shoes now- I own rain boots, sandals, classics, and jutti flats! Yay TOMS!

Pretty much perfect. I wish back of heel area was a little softer. Fine with socks but I'd get blisters without socks. Cute and more sturdy than espadrille style.

Great looking shoe. Only issues: 1. the color is more brown/purple than grey (I expected that from other comments). 2. I wear a size 5 1/2 and my other pair of Toms (5 1/2) fit well, did stretch out some after wearing. This pair feels looser than my old "stretched out" pair and I am a bit concerned how long they will fit before slipping off my foot.
