Sanita Reviews
Love Zappos! Love these shoes - super comfy and love the croc design.
If shocking pink isn't your thing, then this more subdued pale pink croc print will be just the ticket. It doesn't have the "wow" factor of the Profession Pearl, but it a pleasant color blending well with grey & brown. It's a Monday color...quiet and relaxed.
Wow! If you love pink, this is the clog for you. The website photo doesn't give this slightly crinkled shocking pink clog justice! I'm sure OPI has a nail polish to match. What a fun pair of clogs!
Sanita seems to be making these clogs narrower (especially at the heel) and less roomy than they used to. My new Zappos Sanita clogs rub the inside of my heel as I walk in a way my old ones never did. A clog is supposed to fit in a way that you can get one finger width between your heel and the heel of the clog (perhaps others don't consider this true, but that is what a clog specialist told me). The idea is that the clog moves freely on and off your heel as you walk, without rubbing. Perhaps they are making the clogs narrower/shorter because customers want daintier looking feet? In any case, I'm disappointed. I love the look and feel of my old Sanitas clogs (same size, 42), and the new ones still have great style, but they are definitely too tight/narrow in the heel and so I will need to return them.
This shoe is worth every penny and then some. Not only is it comfortable but looks very professional with an edge! I worked 12 hrs today & my feet feel fine. I wear a 6.5, ordered 37. Perfect fit with some space in the back. You won't regret it.
These shoe looks great! But they are way too small. I need to go two sizes up but they do not make them that large. Unfortunately I will have to pick different shoes.
I had been wearing Dansko shoes for years. Then all of a sudden they just didn't seem to fit well anymore. I purchased three new pairs and was disappointed. I started looking around for a new shoe and found Sanita. They fit perfectly and are incredibly comfortable. My next pair of shoes will be Sanita shoes.
I loved my first pair of Dansko Pro Oil and wore them daily for years. The second pair (now with the made in China stamp) didn't last 6 months before falling apart, and the workmanship was obviously inferior. I tried to switch to Sanita but didn't care for the staple job or finish on the oil. I may give both companies another try and hope for better workmanship - I really need this type of shoe for work and plantar fasciitis problems - but they are too expensive to settle for poor quality.
I have owned the same style Dansko's for years, they got a terrible squeak in the sole, these Sanita's seem to be built better and so far are very comfortable to wear.
I should have listened to the other reviewers -- spot on, sisters! I've worn Danskos for 15+ years. When they started with the cheaper sole, it was really noticeable (especially the squeak that appeared), so I finally decided to try Sanitas. I have always been a size 40. I could hardly get my foot into the 40! Compared to my old Danskos, the sole is identical, but the upper is much narrower. So I tried the 40 wide. As others have said, the leather kind of ripples on the side. Plus, they are way too wide. It's a joke for this price.
I wear these at work (a 300-bed hospital; I work mainly in an outpatient setting during the week/inpatient on weekends). They are so worth the money, and very stylish with most scrubs (especially Wink scrubs)! I have plantar fasciitis and flat feet; but after a day in these shoes, I forget that I even have those conditions For the first few times, these shoes may seem a little stiff. That is because the uppers are all leather; so they need to be broken in before wearing them all day to work. You also want to wear these with thin, moisture-wicking socks (HUE makes some excellent ones) because the leather will rub any corns you may have on your feet! These are slight disadvantages that can easily be overcome, though.
Love them! Very comfortable and go with just about everything. Was looking for a shoe with some heel to wear with longer pants, but still be comfortable enough to wear to work.
I wear a 41 in Dansko and based on the reviews it seemed the same size would fit; however, the 41 Sanita was too small. I will be exchanging for a size up.

As a data point, based on other reviews I ordered this in a 40 although I wear a 39 in my usual Danskos. They were too long, but just the right width (not narrower than Danskos). But I love them! I am sad to let go of them long enough to accomplish the exchange for the 39. I need these shiny red shoes I can walk in! Wah.
I love these shoes! I purchased them in blue and they match my royal blue scrubs perfectly. These were comfortable right out of the box. They were slightly more narrow then other clogs I own, but they stretched out perfectly the first time I wore them. I ordered my normal size 39 (I usually wear an 8 in sandals and 8 1/2 in tennis shoes). Absolutely love them!
This is my second pair of these shoes. I'm a teacher and on my feet most of the day and I wear them almost every day. I couldn't recommend them more.
This shoe is great! Fit right out of the box with no break in period. This is so important to me cause I'm on my feet 10 hours a day. I chose the patent leather so that through the restaurant with all the things you slosh through in a kitchen they still look neat and polished and grime seems to roll right off. One of the better work shoes I've ever bought. I would love to see different styles with more of a wedge heel to it as well.
