I ordered these in a 4 EW for my son. I purchased the Cohesion 8 A/C before and thought these would be appropriate since they are out of stock in the Cohesion However they look and feel cheap, Cohesion just looks better. They run small and my Little guy just didn't like the feel of these. He was disappointed. I like shopping with Zappos. They make it easy to shop and return. I do hope they get more styles and selections in for Big Kids wide shoes. It's so hard trying to find a shoe that fits my son

SO HARD to find XW shoes for big kids! Even harder to find ones that don't require tying. These are comfy, attractive, and have a velcro strap. They fit perfectly. Unfortunately, they fall apart after about 6 months. The velcro goes first, splitting and making it very hard to secure the shoe. It leaves this flappy strap over the top once it splits. Then the toe, where the sole curls up in front, starts to unpeel, making it hard to walk in them. Finally the seams start to split. Very expensive for a very poorly made shoe. Unfortunately, not a lot of choice in this size.

If you are looking for an XW sneaker, this is NOT the one for you. This is much narrower than the NB hook and loops- so, if width is your kid's issue, you don't want to buy this show. Good looking, yes-- but XW is NOT XW.

Item sucked sole ripped off in two weeks.

This is not a durable show at all. My son loved the fit for his wide foot. However, after wearing them 3 times, the elastic laces snapped! These seem cheaply made and we won't be purchasing again.

DON'T BUY THESE SHOES! My son loved the style and the way the shoes fit. But after just a couple of weeks of wear, almost all of the elastic laces across the top have broken/snapped. The shoes are barely wearable. And the bottom of the shoes show enough wear that you would think he'd been wearing them for several months instead of a couple of weeks. I can't believe the poor quality. Thankfully Zappos will refund my money. Save yourself the trouble and avoid these shoes.

The X-Wide was still way too narrow. It did not appear to be any wider than the Medium width. We even used the online measurement tool to make sure this was the correct size to order. Very disappointed to be returning yet another pair of shoes.

This shoe only held up for one week for my son. After only a few days, the sole began to come apart. Then the shoe lace came loose and fell apart. We had previously bought this brand of shoe and had no problems until this pair.

The shoe has a great design, but we have now had to return two pairs due to defective velcro. With the first pair, the velcro wore out within two months of wear. We otherwise loved the shoes, so we replaced the defective set with an identical pair -- but the velcro on the second pair wore out within a month. Zappos provided incredible customer service, as always. We have always liked Saucony for my son's wide feet, but we are now switching to a different brand, as there is clearly something wrong with this Saucony batch.

In a little over a month the velcro strap no longer holds and is shredding. I would not buy these again.

This shoe held up well when I initially purchased it a few years ago. My son's favorite style was out of stock, so I gave this Saucony a try again. Well, we've purchased two pairs in less than two weeks and both are going back as the bottom tread falls off. Zappos customer service is top notch, but Saucony needs to make some tweaks on this one.
