Poor quality. Comfortable but after wearing twice sole started to separate near toe. Patent near toe also started to lose its shape. Heel flexes too much when walking and catches on concrete and makes scraping noise. Wish I could return them but already discarded the box. For years I've bought similar shoe by Ivanka wo any such issues.

I will be returning these shoes. They were not a size 9. The other two pairs of shoes I ordered were a size 9 and fit great but these were too tight and pinched my foot. I was not about to try to break them in and rub a blister. Just not a great shoe.

I bought these exact shoes about 5 times, same style, same color. Bought them before the pandemic and never wore them. Just started back to work in September 2021 and wore them 2 times. The heel cracked while walking across my living room floor (carpeting) and the heel snapped. Too expensive to wear only two times. The quality has gone down. Not like they were years ago. Something is lacking…quality?

I bought these shoes in black and nude. The black pair fit perfectly, but after just 5 wears the heels have broken perhaps beyond repair. The nude pair was labeled the same size, but felt like they were a whole size larger. I’m pretty disappointed with this purchase, but at least I can still return the nude pair.

I loved this shoes....Super cute...but they are narrow. I ordered a 6 which its my usual size and a 6 1/2 just in case. 6 its to tight and 6 1/2 to big....I really wanted them...Will return both

These shoes were entirely disappointing. After just three weeks, the little nub on the bottom of the heel fell off, rendering the shoes totally un-wearable. Such a waste of money.

These shoes are the worst!! I bought them specifically for comfort. They were uncomfortable immediately, but given all the rave reviews I was sure they would get more comfortable. No chance! They are low cut and hit the side of my foot in the most painful spot. They say they're leather, but feel and look like plastic. They also don't act like leather. They are stiff as a board. OUCH!!

Literally just standing in my office talking to a co-worker and the heel broke in half! Thankfully I wasn't in the middle of a presentation. I have had these for only about 6 months!

They were at least a 1/2 size too big and I ALWAYS wear a size 8. In person, they seemed a bit garish and I would not have kept them once I saw them, even if they did fit. They were returned.

Save your money and do not buy these shoes!! I never write reviews but I felt the need to address these shoes. I bought them for my daughter's wedding as they are beautiful pumps and the color was perfect. However, I had them on for less than 1 hour and my feet were killing me. Needless to say the evening lasted for at least 8 hours. I find it hard to believe that brand such as Michael Kors could produce a pair of shoes that were so painful to wear. I am a basic 7.5 M. Usually with leather there is some give but not with these. Made my feet were miserable the entire evening. So disappointed.

So disappointing! Way too narrow and short in the toe box and absolutely no cushion. Not as cute in person as I had hoped either.

Do not buy these shoes - most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn! They look very nice and you would think with a 1 inch heel...what could go wrong? Plenty. I wore these twice and both times I came away from the experience with several blisters and my feet swelled up. Hate them and makes me concerned about MK shoes in general. Unfortunately, since they have been worn, I can't return them now.
