I have back, hip and knee problems. It is important for me to have arch support and just the right pressure on the heel. This shoe works for me. I love the fit as well as the look.

They look exactly as pictured - I wish they were cuter but that's not a complaint. The person who said the raised dot footbed was uncomfortable must be really fussy because I have pretty sensitive feet and I hardly notice the dots. The arches are just right. This flip flop is well made and exactly what it professes to be. Maybe start to think about some fun Reef-like tops and I'll buy another pair.

I bought these after getting the Tide model. While they fit a bit differently, they are wonderfully comfortable and are a bit dressier for those of us who don't want the agony of heels.

Love the footbed on these and Orthaheels in general, but my foot is too wide for these (usually wear W). They're adjustable but don't look right w/ extra velcro.

Great support for falling arches. I spent a lot of money on inserts that I cannot wear. They we not right fit. These are great.

I have plantar fasciitis and I severely overprotonate. I was told no flip flops and no heels for a while, these shoes (with arch support) make a world of difference though which I'm so grateful for. They are stylish too! I also bought these in bronze.

The thong takes a little getting used to but the arch support is fabulous and they are styling for flip-flops.

I really liked these thongs but they do not fit my feet. I wear 9 1/2 to a 10 and had to buy this in a 10 in order for the arch to fit my foot. They are a little long but I could have lived with that, unfortunately the thongs are much too wide for my feet. I have never had to purchase a narrow pair of shoes, so I think these just run wide. I wish they came in half sizes and narrow!

Great sandal except that the post between my toes was heavy and stiff - and caused pain!

I was hoping these would have the same arch support as the Orthaheel flipflops that I love. They have a good arch support, but not great.

I love the each and support in this sandal. My knee that hurts when I walk does not hurt with this shoe. My only complaint is that the upper strap is too high. It rubs a blister so I wear socks when I walk and it is fine

These shoes far exceeded my expectations. I thought there would be a breaking in period, like most shoes. I have a very high instep and am hard to fit. As soon as I put these shoes on I knew they were the "one". Excellent arch support, so comfy, and not too old lady looking. I'm planning on taking them on a cruise this summer with extensive excursions that will require a lot of walking. I am so happy I made this purchase! I LOVE this sandal! After suffering with plantar fasciitis for about four years, I have finally found pretty sandals that I can wear all day without fear of reinjuring my feet.

These sandals are so wonderful and they look normal -- not like orthopedic sandals. They have a deep heel cup and a high arch. If you have flat feet, these sandals are not for you. If you have a high arch that is falling, they are wonderful. If you have plantar fasciitis, these will help position your feet properly and relieve pain. I couldn't recommend them more!

I have "problem feet" and have difficulty wearing many shoes/sandals but these are the second style of Orthaheel sandals that I have purchased and I find them very comfortable, the adjustable straps are a big plus and they are very stylish. I love the silver color, they're the new neutral, so fun.

I needed a slipper with good arch support. These fit the bill. They're comfortable, good quality, adjustable and have good sole traction. I wear a 9.5 shoe and ordered size 9. They fit fine.

I love these slippers. Hard to find slippers that have any arch support, let alone, an excellent arch support. These size 7 fit my 7 1/2 to 8 wide feet perfectly. They are very soft on my toes and the top of my feet. I know they won't last forever, but I will buy new ones to replace these when they do wear out. They are warm and I wish they weren't quite so warm with summer upon us. Check them out for yourself. You can't go wrong ordering from Zappos!

This was the perfect shoe for me. As I am recovering from a long-term issue with my hips and just at the stage where regular exercise is once again possible, these shoes give me the support and comfort I need to enjoy all that walking!

These are great sandals! They're very comfortable to walk in for a long time. I have slightly pronated ankles and the arch support is perfect for my feet. It keeps my arch up when I settle my weight in my step, and the cushiony part in the heel lessens the impact when I strike down. My feet don't seem to get as sore wearing these. It took a few wears to work in the strap, so it seemed to rub a little bit at first but it wasn't that painful or anything and now they don't rub at all. The aesthetic elastic cord doesn't get in the way at all. I highly recommend these for people who need sandals with extra support but don't want to wear the clunky blocky sandals.
