Not Your Daughters Jeans

Great white jeans! Fabric is a great weight, heavy enough for no show through and stretchy enough for great comfort. I liked them so much I recommended them to my mom... now she has a pair! But what should she call them? Because they are her daughter's jeans? Anyway, thanks Zappos for super awesome service! Had to exchange a pair for a different size and am always impressed by how fabulous you guys are! I rarely shop anywhere else.

Love these jeans, I just bought my second pair. They are super stretchy and comfortable. There is less tummy lining than in the other NYD jeans. I could wear them every day.

Tons of compliments on these jeans! Outrageously comfortable...something I have never said about a pair of jeans. I bought a size down from usual (size 2) and am happy with the fit. Long length is good for me even though I am only 5'1 as I wear a lot of high wedge heels. The petites would have been way too short. Was a little worried when I ordered that the summer weight might mean shows everything thin but it isn't at all. You will be happy with these!

5/2012 I purchased size 8 last year(5/2011 #7551283). This year I purchased a size 10 (#7551283) because I normally wear a size 12 in other jeans. I am returning the size 10 pair because they are cut much smaller and different then the size 8 I purchased last year.

Pants are true to size, a bit expensive, but worth it. As always great service from Zappos.

Love, love, love the comfortable jeans with a great fit. I was worried that the 4 would be too small, but it's almost a little lose. Buy a size down. Love that the rise isn't too low and they aren't too skinny at the ankle. Stylish without being too trendy.

I have had these for 2 weeks now. I cannot find the words to express how much I love them. They are so comfy, and are incredibly flattering. I am 5'6 and weigh 160 (ugh...still working on getting rid of baby belly). Anyway, I went to NYDJ website, and they suggest you order 1 size smaller, so I did that and got a 10 instead of a 12. They fit like they were made for me. I love the overdye tonal dark wash, looks really classy. Yes, the length is a bit long. I bought some style snaps because I don't want a permanent hem, so I can use those to raise or lower if I am wearing heels or flats. I am looking through my closet at all of my other jeans, and thinking if I sell them, and some other stuff I don't need I can afford to buy another pair. I would get the exact same ones. I have washed them and dried 2 times, inside out cold water and delicate low heat in the dryer. No visible fading yet, did not shrink in the dryer. I have never spent this much money on a pair of jeans in my life, worth every penny. Ordered mid day EDT, received the next business day. After wearing all day for a few days they did not sag or stretch out to much or bag anywhere. I am officially in love with these jeans, and as always incredibly pleased with Zappos!

Not impressed at all with these pants. I am a big/tall girl and wear a size 18 in pants. These felt like most brands size 14. I could not even button them, not even close. I gave them 3 stars for style, but even if I were thinner, the calves were still too tapered (not like pictured) for my taste. I would still look like a bowling pin in them.

I purchased the white and was so excited. I ordered them in black. A bit hasty! While wearing the white ones - they bag out so bad. Too much stretch in them. Needless to say, I returned the black. I had already ordered a size down - knowing that NYDJ are like this. I'm thinking if I went down to a 4, I wouldn't be able to get them on! Thank you Zappos - for the great service, tho!

These are great pull on jeans. Flat front, so that you don't have the zipper bulge under tight fitting tops. The fabric is a little more light weight than the regular NYJD jeans, but nice feel for spring and summer on your body. Leg is tapered nicely if you have thinner legs, would not recommend for people with heavy legs.

This is a great summer skirt to wear with T-shirts. It is fairly lightweight and gives good coverage as it comes to the knee. The fit is slim but not tight or restricting, in fact you can even bend over (decently) in it. I have even mowed the yard in this skirt. Another plus is that the waist actually sits at the waist for those who do not like low cut waistlines. It washes and dries in the dryer and does not show stains. What more could you ask from a skirt?

I really love all of the new colors this summer in pants, capri and shorts. Such a nice departure from denim, and more denim. These shorts are so comfortable, and can take you anywhere. I am wearing one size smaller...which works 9 times out of 10 for NYDJ. I especially love these because they really work for a bit larger thigh. I hate when my shorts are skin tight around my knee! These are really a perfect fit! I recommend them very highly.

Although I usually wear a size 6, which is sometimes a little snug, these in that size are a little baggy even after washing, and not as flattering as I'd like. They also wrinkle more than denim, looking a bit sloppy. But they are comfortable.

Nice casual summer jeans. Fit true to size. At first I thought they were too small and I don't like tight jeans, but they stretched after wearing around the house to my usual size (14). Very comfy, well-fitting not saggy like some stretch jeans. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Great fit, great quality fabric with stretch, very comfortable. It's nice to have a straight leg alternative to the not-so-flattering skinny jean (this jean is bootcut but is still quite straight). I really like the mid-rise - sits perfectly with no muffin top!

Very comfy with just the right amount of stretch, but runs a size large. I'm an 8 in most bottoms but had to exchange this for a 6, which fits perfectly.

These are great jeans. I like the slightly lower rise; the length is great. They might be one of my all time favorites! Highly recommended. And Zappos delivery is lightning fast.

Very flattering. I'm 5'8" so the jeans are slightly above the ankle, but with ballet flats it's a very cute look...exactly what I was going for. Also, I ordered a size smaller to get a 'jeggings' look and had no problem with the waist and hip fit which was perfect and very comfortable. I've ordered this brand in my size before and found that the pants are too big and tend to stretch out with wear. So I do recommend trying a size smaller. Love these so much, I ordered another pair for a trip to Europe. I intend to wear them on the plane...they are that comfortable.

These are not jeans at all; they are typical heavy leggings. They are ok but not what I expected. The fit is quite small.
