No support and very uncomfortable when put on. I felt like I would have zero support if I tried to work out with these on - zero arch support and odd sole that requires better balance than I have.

Shoes are awesome however the sole started to come off but had to glue it back an now they are great.

These shoes fit and feel great right out of the box. I work at Costco where there are no sit down jobs so I am on my feet over eight hours a day. I have been buying Air Monarch IIIs for years in white. They do not stay white. I finally found them in black at Zappos. Thank you, Zappos, you are my new favorite shoe store.

Beautiful casual shoes. Well made, but not for sports. Canvas, not leather, so they may be less easily stained. I ordered size 9 and they were undersized, so I am sending them back. When compared with my other shoes, these were 3/4" shorter! Not sure if this is true for the model, or just the pair that I received. I liked them, though, and will reorder in size 9 1/2.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this product and this order process. The shoe is a perfect fit (they run about 1 size bigger than my other pairs of Nikes) and I received them in a very timely fashion.

Shoes were delivered fast as always with Zappos. Most comfortable shoes I have had in a long time. Look great, feel great.

I hate sneakers, I always feel so masculine in them. Until now! I got the Hot Punch color and they are fabulous! Definitely a day glow pink, photographs do the color no justice! So light and flexible, they'll be perfect for working out and elliptical use. I am typically an 8 in regular shoes and an 8.5 in athletic shoes, but I took the recommendations of the previous reviews and got the 8. Perfect fit. Note: These are not running shoes. They are not made the same and are specifically made for gym/at home workouts.

I really like these shoes, nice and comfy and cute! Very stylish, I've gotten compliments on them.

Nike Free Run 3s are even more comfortable than the previous version which I also have in black. They are like walking on cushions. I use them for gym and short runs. Zappos have been great with returns as well. Love Zappos!

These are great - very lightweight and comfortable. And people will always see you coming in the dark! My only problem was that they feel a little snug, but I think wearing them a bit will stretch them out.

It's a great shoe! Great support and very comfortable. I have worn Nike Zoom Vomero's for several years now and wouldn't change to another brand.

For my needs, a fabulous shoe! Used in gym for strength training (including lunges, squats, planks) and interval cardio workouts. Love the feel - like barefoot only better since the shoe stabilizes the foot during lateral movements. For me this was a big plus over barefoot. Working out barefoot my feet would slip on the padded/carpeted floor. The shoe is very flexible (way more than my running shoe) and sole does not readily catch on the mats. Has very light padding in footbed which helps with shock absorbtion. I usually go up a halp size in Nike but for this shoe I ordered my true size and the fit is perfect. Would definately recommend.

My daughter loves these shoes...says they are comfy, stylish and light and easy to run in.

It's an almost perfect slide: comfortably cushioned with good support. The velcro closing allows for adjusting the width. The top closing, however, should be a bit wider to better keep the slide on the foot. It does tend to slide around a bit while walking.

I bought these to walk to work and back (about 35 minutes each way), and they are really comfortable shoes. While length-wise I had to go a half-size up from normal, they feel a bit wider at the ball of the foot than one would expect - which is good in my case, because my feet are wide in the front with relatively narrow heels. Break-in time was essentially nil. The one caveat I would offer is that because they are primarily made out of mesh, these wouldn't be great cold-weather sneakers. But for spring/summer, they have been great.

This shoe is wonderful. I wear a 9.5, and the 9.5 was the perfect fit. Very comfortable and lightweight. Zappos service was incredible--ordered on Sunday, they were at my door on Wednesday. Very happy with my purchase!

If you have a wide foot, these shoes are not for you! I put them on and wore them around the house for five minutes and my feet were aching so bad I couldn't stand it. They are cute but not comfy for us ladies with wide feet!

Great shoe with solid cushioning and support if you pronate like I do. The waterproof feature is great for puddles. I have flat feet and these are comfortable enough for me to run 4-6 miles at a time without orthotics.

I have flat feet which makes buying comfortable, supportive shoes a challenge. They easily accommodate orthotics when all padding is removed. I was happy to see this style, as I bought shoes like this a couple years ago and figured this style was no longer available. Great for the gym or the road.

My husband loves this shirt style for working out, he has six of them. He says it does an excellent job of keeping the sweat away from him during his workouts. He says it is worth the extra money.
