I bought this to use for my half marathon training. Belt is very comfortable and the bottles are easy to use during runs. Only negative is that whatever you put in the bottle ends up tasting like the plastic bottle. Thought that it would go away after several washes but no luck.

This is the only pack I've ever bought, but also the only one I'll ever buy. Perfect amount of water for runs up to 1 1/2 hours. Great space in the pocket to carry my med-sized phone, a granola bar, and a small map. The fit is great and customize-able though I have to pull mine a bit tighter when I'm carrying the bottles full. Also the bottles slosh around when full and are a bit loud and bouncy but once you drink 10% of the water you're fine and it sits nice and tight. Great pack for the trails or the roads.

I have had these sleeves for a couple of weeks and, so far, they seem great. I have not been able to determine how well they block the sun, and they seem sheer when wet, though that does not happen while I am wearing them. They have a small band of silicone rubber on the upper end that seems to help hold them in place; they have never moved while wearing them. For the price, they were also the cheapest of any that were good quality.

I have another Nathan fuel belt which holds 4 bottles. I love their products as they are well made and last for years. The company also has outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this fuel belt and I have received numerous compliments. It is most comfortable and is lightweight, and the pocket fits my cell phone and money. A great product!

Excellent fit with fully adjustable straps. Lightweight for carrying water bladder, a car key, 1 energy gel, and not much else. None of the 3 small pockets on front shoulder harness are large enough to hold a phone. I would still have to wear a waist pack of some sort with this, so will keep looking for a minimal hydration pack that offers a little more carrying capacity in the front.

Amazing! Easily fits my iPhone and car key with room to spare for a pack of sport beans. Discreet and comfortable.

Excellent quality but if you wear it on your hips, watch out...it is small and tight. Order up if you're going to wear it low.

I really did not like this product. The little bottle kept hitting my left arm. There is no space to put an iPhone or extra keys/gels/etc. The only good thing is that the big bottle is relatively easy to remove and replace in the holster.

I am training for a 30K and this belt has just the right capacity for my training runs. (I may have to strategically refill my water bottles on some of my upcoming longer runs.) The back pocket is the perfect size for a snack and my Smartphone, and the waistband is comfortable and doesn't shift around. You do have to be careful about closing the nozzles on the bottles, but they are easy to remove from and replace in the holsters with one hand. I have the pink version and I love the color!

I like this belt a lot for the look & the pocket where I can fit gels, cell phone & cash. The bottles leak leaving me soaking wet and minus hydration.

I'm a recreational runner (do a few 5Ks a year) so a fuel belt didn't seem right for me, but I do want to hydrate in the warm months. The Nathan Elite 1 fits my need perfectly. Comfortable, easy to access w/a pocket for keys and ID(I don't take my phone). This will also work great for walks and other outside events. I'm very happy with my purchase and recommend it.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Nathan Speed 2 hydration belt! The belt is very comfortable and stretches well to my breathing as I run long distances. The bottles are slightly tight in the holders, but I think they will quickly stretch and be less tight as I use the belt. I highly recommend this belt, it is the best belt I have tried yet.

This is my first handheld. It is very comfortable and does it's job because usually I forget about it on my runs. The reason I gave it 4 stars was the bottle can leak if you don't jam the stopper back in place strongly.

Used the Nathan Shadow Pak to run a marathon and thought it was a good product. It did not slip and that was the most important thing. I wanted it to hold my phone and a key and it was perfect for those two things. Would have needed bigger pack for more stuff.

I bought this as a gift for my mom, and she loves it for her walks. It is lightweight and comfortable on an angle. It's a perfect gift at a great price, and I will give this one again!

This is a very slim and handy pouch. Fits my Evo 4G, keys, and ID. It can't handle anything bulky as this is a slim pouch designed to minimize the extra fanny look. I like it a lot and use when I walk my dog. I also wear it bike riding. I would definitely recommend this to other people looking to be hands free when out and about exercising.

It's a great pack. It flexes to fit to your body. The zipper can stick once in a while because of the way the fabric is, but as long as you're careful, it isn't a problem.

This product works OK for what I needed it for, which was to have a hands free way to carry water when I run. Firstly, I preferred to have the pouch turned around to my back, I have to pull the strap very tight around my waist so the water bottle doesn't flop over; the zipper pouch is very small, will fit one key and that is about it. Overall, it does what I need it to do.

This is a great handheld and the best I've ever used. I used it the entire time at the Western States 100 and it worked real well. There is room for a few gels and you can even fit a phone/iPod in the pocket.

This is not for most women. I own Nathan bottle carriers, and appreciate their attention to ergonimcs. When I needed a larger fluid carrying capacity, I ordered the X-Ceed. I loved everything about this pack, and tried to make it work. But no matter how I adjust the shoulder and waist straps, the X-straps in front ride up until my breasts stop it. This is not the part of my body I want bearing pack weight during a run. Unless your stomach is larger than your chest, I cannot recommend this pack for women. I am returning the X-Ceed and getting a Camelbak Lobo, which I can wear comfortably (without the chest strap - again designed for the male body).
