Miraclesuit Reviews
This would be a great swimsuit for the right body. The bust is on the larger size while the waist is pretty snug. The snugness of the midsection made my back pudge out strangely. I am probably an apple shape but petite. It didn't fit me right at all.
This is a beautiful bathing suit and it really does "hold it all in" - but if you have "larger" legs, you end up looking deformed, since your hips are squeezed in smaller and then your legs kind of "poof" abruptly out since there's nothing squeezing them in. I wish I could wear this, great construction, etc. Oh well, it's going back.
The eggplant color of this suit is really pretty. It is as flaw-hiding as black but not as boring. The ruffle down the middle is really cute and sort of camouflages tummy troubles. It was easy to put on in the 12 (I am 5'5'', 128 pounds) and fit comfortably. The bra was underwire with no padding, which is what I prefer. So why did I send it back? The straps are really small and hard to fit in the little slots for them, and straps like that, in my experience, do not stay very well and can even get lost when you are taking off and putting on. Without the straps, the suit stays up remarkably well, but the top becomes pretty much just straight across, instead of rounded over each boob. And it is not as cute that way. The real deciding factor was that I ordered a similar suit by Spanx (Long and Lean) which was so much more flattering, had underwire in the bra and light padding, and a halter tie, which felt much more comfortable and secure. The ruffles also go up the halter tie, and it really is super cute. Bad news: more expensive, but once I saw it on, there was just no contest. One thing to know about the difference between Miraclesuits and Spanx suits: the Spanx suits run bigger. The 12 in Miraclesuits was right, but the 10 in Spanx fit better. Also, I think Miraclesuits hold you in a little better. But still it was no contest for flattery of my less than perfect body.
There were a couple of reasons I decided against this suit, which may not be why someone else wouldn't be thrilled with it. It was very comfortable and easy to get on. This is the year I decided I had to go up in size (from 8's and 10's to 12) because the smaller ones were just SO HARD to get on. They looked o.k. when you got them on (that is, they didn't really look too small) but it was a real struggle to put them on. I liked the look of this suit on the model, but on me, it looked fairly matronly. Let's face it: I'm a lot more matronly than the model, but still... I was hoping for something that didn't look like a grandma suit. So the first reason for returning is that it looked matronly. The second reason is more concrete. The bra is listed as a soft cup, and what that means is that it has thin foam rubber with no underwire. It felt very insecure like maybe my boobs might pop out at any given moment. I much prefer underwire with no foam at all, like the other two Miraclesuits I have. Also, the straps were not adjustable and they were too loose, contributing to the insecure boob issue. Why I liked it: the dots were really cute, and the draping was effective in hiding tummy bulges. The back was cut lower than the other suits I tried but it had enough fabric on the sides so that there was no danger of boob over-run. I think this suit is definitely worth a try. The top may fit you better than it did me, and you may love the look.
This suit is well made and figure-flattering. The only con is that I wish the straps were lined. Sometimes the stitching irritates my shoulders.

The fit is great. The color is great. The only thing a little weird is getting on a miricle suit. They are a little tight to get on but once everything is in place it is comfortable.
I loved the look of this suit in the picture, but in real life, it doesn't work for me. First, it makes your boobs look huge, and mine are just fine without such emphasis. Second, there is no ruching or other design feature that helps camouflage bumps and lumps over the abdomen. For me, that's a prime reason for getting a Miraclesuit, so this one fails that requirement. The fabric of the top is attractive but only serves to emphasis the bust and is seriously not attractive, IMO. Gotta send this one back. But I love Zappos for letting me try swimsuits in the privacy of my home. No more hideous fluorescent lights and giant three-way mirrors in a store dressing room! Yay.
There are times when I needed an outfit at the last minute and Zappos has been there for me. Especially if you live a distance from shopping areas. It sure has saved on Gas. Free shipping for delivery and for refunds. The best is 365 day return policy. Try them, you have nothing to lose.
Great suit: comfortable, doesn't ride up or pull down. I am long-waisted, so I love that the straps are adjustable. It was true to my usual size, too. First time I've ordered a bathing suit online, and I was very pleased.
This suit is very flattering because it has ruching over the tummy, and that's where I need it. I tried another Miraclesuit that didn't have the ruching, and although it pulled me in, it didn't hide the tummy bulges. Also, on this suit, the flower design on one side turned out to be the perfect thing for me to camouflage my nonmatching sides due to scoliosis. I hadn't even thought of that, but it really does hide the difference in the two sides. I also really like the straps and neckline. They're comfortable, don't feel like they may slip when you're swimming, and the neckline is not too low. Also, the bra, thank goodness, doesn't have those horrible foam rubber pads. The underwire works well for me, and I think it would for most anyone with average size boobs. The back, like the front, is not too low, and it covers everything that needs covering. A word about sizing: I've got several Miraclesuits, and what I've learned is that if you get one that's on the smaller size for you, it will be very difficult to get on. I would suggest that if you're trying to decide between two sizes, size up, because it will still hold you in, but it won't be so darn hard to put on. Seriously.
Cute swim top but I have to return it because it is a little short and I don't want it riding up my tummy when I'm swimming with my children.

Love this swimsuit. I am a 36DD/E, usually a 10 on bottom/12 on top. I ordered the 12 and I love it! First suit in awhile that I wouldn't hesitate to walk out of the house in. Beautiful pattern. I wish there was another color, but I may buy another anyway.
The color is beautiful. The fit is true to size. I love my silhouette! I wish it had a little detailing in the back or a matching floral wrap!
Outstanding construction, style, and fit. These suits are worth the price if you want to look fab by the pool or on the beach!

Order a size up! This has a very tight control material and a I could barely squeeze into my size (10). Pros: Very form flattering, shows off curves, makes your boobs look full, rouching and control tummy hid the lumps.Cons: Not great for the full-assed. The "panty-line" is quite tight and cuts into the meaty part (not in a flattering way).

The best fit ever! I ordered four swimsuits from Zappos and this Miraclesuit was the only one that fit spectacularly. The others left gaps/extra fabric at the bottoms of the leg openings. The polka dots give me a feeling of happiness when I wear it.

Love it! I have received so many compliments on this suit and everyone has commented on how slimming it is. This is a high quality suit in a nice material. Well worth the money.
