Kuhl Reviews
This is a perfect summer dress. The top is fitted, and the skirt flares out in a very flattering way for curvy figures. The fabric is light for summer, but not clingy at all, so no Spanx needed! I am 5'8" and the medium hit just above my kneecap - like the model in the picture. I wish it came in more colors.
I like these. My favorite Kuhl product is the Gunslinger pant. Compared to that these are slightly heavier, but more sturdy as well with respect to the material. I'd recommend.
This is a very nice looking shirt. It has nice detail across back. Size large fits a 42" chest well. The color fades quickly after repeated washings however, which is why I am giving it only four stars.
Best pair of work pants I've ever owned. I work in a auto repair shop and they have held up to everything I can throw at them and they still look great.
Color is not the same as shown in the photo. The khaki pants are very green in person not light white khaki in the photo.
Nice shirt, but runs a little small. The model is very straight and tight over the chest. Typically wear a small but will return that and try a medium.
Appearance not as good as in photos, foul smell to the shirt when the packaging was opened. Buttons falling off before I even had a chance to try it on. Kuhl used to be but they aren't anymore, at least not to me.
These are cute, but I notice this brand for me runs smaller than other brands. They are a cute style, nice length and the sky blue color is pretty.
Great pants. The fabric is soft, and slightly stretchy/elastic. Preferred these over the Mountain Hardware Mesa pant for fit and feel. The Mesa was much looser in the seat, and the fabric was rougher. There are more logos on the pant than I would normally prefer, but it wasn't a showstopper. I'm a 32 waist and the Med fit perfect.
Not shaped for a person with a little waist. three stars because of fit. Material seemed nice and style was cute, just not on me. Large gap at the back waist.
These are the most comfortable, best looking shorts that I have owned. They are all I want to wear in the summer. The downside seems to be durability. I have stitches coming out in two places and I am not all that hard on them - just walk, ride bike (note - the stitches in question are not anywhere near crotch or seat, so riding is not the issue), running, etc.
These are very comfortable. They have a great stretch to them - good yoga pants that do not look like yoga pants. The downsides are they are a bit narrow in the legs. If you have more muscular legs, they will be snug. Most Kuhl pants are NOT this way. Also, the material is not all that durable - I have some Kuhl shorts of the same material and they are not built to climb, ride, run, etc without tearing up.
Gigantic in the waist, length and hips were just right. I am 5'8'' and 165. Fabric and style was attractive.
I travel internationally for work so I need something light but rugged. The Kuhl jean is the perfect combination. They are practically indestructible and cut to fit properly. I prefer this fabric to the all nylon for its comfort and looks.
Love it! As others have said, the neckline isn't too revealing, and the ruching is nice in the tummy area. I really like that it has short sleeves. The fabric is nice. The blue is a nice color, and I like the dress so much I'm going to get it in black (carbon). More colors, please!btw It's sized a bit small (compared with most size inflation), so a SM fits me - I'm 5'5" and 125. The XS, which is the size I usually wear (tho' I don't *feel* Xtra Small) was too small.
Nice fit, and cool look, and I'm definitely a Kuhl lover. However, the material is very thin. This would be useful only as very light cover on a mid-temperature day.
Amazing pants! I struggle to find pants that fit well because I have an athletic build. Most pants are too tight in the thigh or seat and tend to be restrictive to movement. These pants allow me comfortable freedom of movement I haven't had in other pants. The fabric is extremely durable and the construction superb. These pants are damn near bullet proof. I have two pair now and am buying more!
For an item that's intended to be used outdoors it snags much too easily. I've had this hoodie for two days. The first day I wore it I got 3 snags from my backpack while on the morning commute (i.e. sitting still on transit). The second day (today, which prompted the review) my dog put his paw on it and left 2 more snags. Given he was lying down and moving his leg so I could rub the belly it's a tough sell that would qualify for hard use. I like the hoodie & have had good experience with Kuhl overall. I just don't like clothes that only look good on a mannequin and require life in a plastic bubble to maintain. This is not an item that will stand up to actual outdoor use.
I'm looking on Zappos for other colors of this shirt because I love the one I bought at an outdoor store in DesMoines, IA. I bought it in black. I did not notice an odor at all and I have a very sensitive nose. As for the wrinkles, the pleates make it wrinkly and that's the look, easy to wear and pack without having to iron. I've gotten several compliments on it already and plan to buy more. However I'm wondering why the ones coming from Zappos smell so horrible?
