This bag is adorable! The colors are fantastic and it seems very well-made. It is also enormous! I searched for a 15" laptop bag and didn't look closely enough at the dimensions. I was hoping for something petite but it's the standard kids' carry-everything size. Also, the padded shoulder straps are very stiff and too wide. They cut into my armpits (and I'm a 5'4 adult). If you want to carry books, lunch and a change of undies, this bag is great. If you just want to hold a netbook, sunglasses and wallet, not so much.

Great backpack with lots of storage space. Easy on shoulders and the waist belt makes it ideal for biking. I recommend the product.

Although this backpack does the job, I wouldn't say its great. It appears big because it has two large pockets, but I find that once the main compartment has a lot in it, its hard to fit things in the other two compartments in the bag. I haven't had it too long and one of the straps already seems to be showing wear. I do carry a lot, but have had better backpacks in the past.

I use this backpack for work, carrying my laptop and paperwork. This bag has a lot of space and is very comfortable and easy to carry on the shoulders. I have been using a Columbia backpack for 5 years, so I hope this will hold up as well, but it seems like it will as it is built very good.

I'm a high schooler. This bag lasted 1 semester before the zipper tore from the main fabric. This bag is a piece of poop.

Well-organized, attractive pack, but returning after my son used it for just one week -- zipper on the large compartment completely pulled off. Not my experience with High Sierra, so I hope this was just a fluke.

Great product. The wheels work fantastic, it has sturdy zippers (and they get a good deal of wear). We have had it for about 6 weeks now and are very pleased. I have three boys and trust me, we have tried them all.

Outstanding quality. Computer compartment does not fit an ASUS 17" laptop. Will fit in the large compartment in front of the wheels. A little awkward. Need padding (clothes) to keep from tweaking the computer while in the compartment. I was very concerned the bag would be too large to fit in an airliners overhead bin. Fit very nicely. I carry 3 laptops. A 10" ASUS netbook, a 15.6" ASUS, in the computer compartment, and a 17.3" ASUS ROG in the clothing compartment along with 3 work related manuals. I have various pencils, pens, markers, computer memory, and a small notebook paper pad in the front pocket. The side pockets keep the 3 mice I use warm, along with the power supplies. The 17" goes into the bag first, followed by the 15", then the netbook, manuals, then the power supplies and mice. Have to use this order or everybody does not fit. When working in Starbucks or Barnes and Noble, unzip the bag and my mobile office is open for business. A very well organized bag. When filled up, it weighs in at a cool 40 pounds. A tad heavy to put in an overhead bin. The price one pays for greatness. Wheels work great. The padded shoulder straps are very good. Not as good as a $500 backpack strap, but good enough. Sits on my back in the perfect position. Am a 5'-11" male. On a small girl, the bag may fit a tad low, just tighten the straps. Back 40 years ago, it was HS or North Face for equipment. High Sierra quality is still top notch. Zappos was great to deal with. Will buy from them in the future. Their shipping box was a little cheesy.

Cool looking, but not very well made. Probably going to return it. Front pocket ripped away from the trim, obviously not even really sewn into place. Shoulder straps need to be re-adjusted every single time you put it on, they constantly slide out of place. Bottom compression straps are ridiculously long, and the material is not easy to trim without it fraying later. Side mesh pockets are hard to reach while you're wearing it, and since the shoulder straps won't stay adjusted, it's hard to swing it down on one shoulder to grab stuff quickly. You can do better for the price range.

It is a really nice backpack. Zippers are smooth and durable. It is a little heavy if you want to carry on your back.

My boys love this backpack! Big enough to act as a mobile locker for all their books and 3-ring binders. This is our second one, the first one lasted three years.

This backpack is nice and roomy, but the front organizer pocket could be designed better. There a couple tiny pockets that aren't really very useful. The "easy access" pocket on the top of the pack is also not quite big enough for my iPhone, but my sunglasses fit there pretty well. The biggest problem I have with this pack is the straps. I'm a short, small girl with narrow shoulders, and they just don't fit me well. Even when I tighten them to their maximum, it's still not small enough to fit me properly. There are also these extremely long things that hang from the bottom of the pack. I don't know what they are or what they're supposed to do, but they are way too long and get in the way. I'm considering cutting them off because they drive me nuts.
