ECCO Reviews
Unfortunately, the fit of these shoes is very large. I have another pair of ECCO shoes that fit perfectly with my general size (7 American, 38 Euro). These fit at least 1/2 size bigger, if not 1 whole size. It seemed as though the shoe would be quite cute and probably comfortable if it were the correct size.
These shoes are awesome! They are exactly what I wanted! They are extremely comfortable and true to size with some extra room to spare. I have to put in a shoe lift due to a leg length discreptancy and the lift maker said these shoes can be easily modified to have part of lift placed inside the shoe!
I love the look of these shoes. I bought them in black but as others have mentioned they were small. I am a size 8 but I could have used an 8.5 or a 9. Beyond the size issue, they didn't fit my foot well as I have a high arch. I also found it difficult to close the zipper. I loved them so much, I had my sister try them on. She loved them and they fit great! She is also a size 8 but has a narrower and smaller foot. They look great on her - at least they stayed in the family.
I really wanted to love this boot -- it's very cute, and I loved the fur collar. With a simple trouser sock, it just felt too snug, and a size larger would have been too big. Also, the arch didn't hit mine in the right spot.
On time delivery. Very comfortable. I would buy another pair if they were not so expensive. Nice shoe I would recommend
These are among the most comfortable heels in dress or casual shoes that I have ever had. It is taking some time to break in across the top of the shoe, but after a few days I came back to zappos to look for other styles.
Was very disappointed. The shoe fit, but there wasn't enough padding for me. The footbed just seemed cheap to me.
This may be the most comfortable shoe I have ever tried! I have narrow, low-volume feet, so this shoe worked great for me, though I can imagine it would seem very narrow to people who have average feet. My feet are also two different sizes, yet that didn't seem to matter with these shoes. The toggle lacing makes them nicely adaptable to individual feet, and also when your feet swell. I just wore them every day on a trip to the Southwest in which I did lots of walking in all kinds of terrain, and though I had two other pairs of shoes with me I wore these every day and had no foot pain (usually I change shoes two or three times a day to mitigate pain). Another reviewer mentioned the foot smell, and I noticed this too, that after a day of wearing, one's feet smell pretty ripe! But that's a small price to pay for what is to me nearly unbelievable comfort, given the difficult time I have always had getting shoes to fit.

I bought these shoes (from a brick and mortar store) literally the day before I left for a 4 week trip to Europe. I have had over a dozen pairs of Ecco shoes over the past 15 years and have never been disappointed. These were the only shoes I took (literally, the ONLY footwear I had with me the entire trip) and they performed fantastically. Light, stylish and durable, they needed no break in time and kept my feet cool and comfortable the entire time. I walked over 5 miles almost every day (Paris, Venice, Florence, Rome, Amsterdam) and it felt like I was wearing athletic shoes. My only complaint is that the leather that Ecco uses on these shoes is of slightly less quality than the leather they have used on other shoes in the past (for example the leather on the old New City Classic line used to be as smooth as silk). It's a bit rigid and "fake" feeling, but still, very comfortable and they look nice enough. Also, the bicycle toe look isn't my favorite, but I thought I would give them a try. Still, for the price these are minor complaints. If you like the look of these shoes, you can't go wrong. If you've never worn Ecco's, you don't know what you are missing!
I have been on a months long search for a comfortable shoe I can take on a walking centered trip. I finally found them! These are so comfortable, you forget you're wearing them. The inside lining is very soft and yet it provides adequate support in the right places. I have worn them for a few days and there doesn't seem to be any break-in needed. The sizing is European, so you will want to check that before buying. I wear a 7.5-8 and the 38 fits perfectly. These shoes are the perfect balance between comfort an style - they go with jeans or a skirt effortlessly. The only knock against them would be the price, a bit high in my opinion. I would still recommend them though.
Very comfortable. Can be worn with or without socks. A bit more dressy and stylish than boat shoes or sneakers. Ecco shoes are my favorites, as they always have a consistent fit and comfort.
I was looking for something with lots of comfort but still had some style. Just received these and very happy with my purchase. They are comfortable, classy, and very lightweight. I usually wear size 6 and the size 36 works great for me; also have narrow feet and they are not too wide. Looking forward to wearing these while doing lots of walking in Europe this summer!
Great shoe, very comfortable, but I have to return it because it's too big. I wear a 5.5 and the smallest size was too big. Although the velcro straps are adjustable, there was a lot of overhang and it looked weird.
The color was a little less brown than it looks in the picture. The shoes were really comfortable except for one thing that makes them totally unwearable. The elastic holding the buckle to the leather strap is very rough/sharp/pokey. I have to send them back even though these are exactly what I have been looking for. I also agree with another reviewer who wished the sole wasn't white.
I love them. The top leather faded and was beyond repair - but I have had them for so long (10 years?) and rarely looked after them. I wore them constantly with minimal sole wear. I felt sad throwing them out. I'm just shopping around for my second pair.
These sandals were great out of the box. My right foot is larger then my left but my normal size (8.5) felt great on both feet. We are headed to Spain soon and I'm thinking these may be one of the two pairs I take, they are that comfortable.
First things first, these had to go back for my being truly between sizes, otherwise, the camel color is a great neutral beige and this is a sleek looking boot/shoe. These run very large. I usually wear 5½ dress shoes, 6 casual. The 36 size in these were huge, but had room for thicker socks and an insert, so good if that is what you do, the 35 fit with stocking feet, but had no room for error and on my feet, they hit the ball of my feet too close to my big toes to last long on my feet. Maybe Ecco is not the brand for me, but these are great looking shoes that I wish fit me well enough to keep.
So glad these were available. I've worn them before and they fit so well with the adjustable velcro straps. Great for plane travel. Arrived timely.

Love this shoe. Very in style but super comfortable. Only complaint is you have to undo and do the two buckles to take them off or on. It is worth it!

ECCO® began as a response to uncompromising footwear. More than 40 years ago in the small southern Jutland town of Bredebro, Denmark, Karl Toosbuy pioneered a revolution in footwear, choosing comfort over conformity. Tired of having his feet mold to his shoes, he charged that the foot should lead the shoe. A new type of footwear was born in
