As a returning customer, I find shopping at Zappos to be a very pleasant experience. The customer service is excellent and, the quality of the merchandise is very good. The items that I have ordered arrive quickly and, if there is a sizing problem, returns are extremely easy. Contacting a sales representative is never a problem and, the staff is very helpful and efficient. I am a satisfied customer and enjoy shopping at Zappos.

I bought these shoes for my four year old step-daughter to wear in my wedding. She was the flower girl and they complemented the dress very well. The fit was very comfortable. I actually had to return the first pair which were a size 11 (her normal shoe size) because they ran a little small and exchanged them for a size 12. She loved them; the look and the comfort. We also received a lot of compliments on them. :)

My daughter was a flower girl in a wedding and wore these. They are beautiful! So soft and elegant. Now that the wedding is over she wears them all the time to play in and they are great! Would recommend to anyone!

These are absolutely beautiful! The picture does not do the lace overlay justice. The little rosebuds add a lovely feminine touch. These will go with my grand daughter's Christening gown.

Beautiful shoe, but it would fit perfectly if the heel was a bit gathered and the laces were more towards the center of the shoe. A child with a narrow foot would have gapping. Used it for my cousin's wedding. Matched my daughter's flower girl dress perfectly, just a tad wide.

Wow! What great looking shoes. These were brought for my grand daughter as part of her back to school wardrobe. They fit her personality well and are true to size. They look great with her little school uniform and are a good quality shoe. As soon as we took them out of the box you can smell leather and the feel of the shoe says to me they will last her all school year! A great purchase!

These shoes are super cute and soft. They worked especially well for my little one because her feet are quite wide and fat. They accommodate different sizes and shapes of feet because they wrap around. On the flip side, they are definitely slipper-like, so not great for lots of walking. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

We bought these shoes for my daughter to wear when she was a flower girl last weekend. She loved them and they received numerous compliments throughout the day. The gold color is very beautiful. The bows stay tied well and the shoes stayed on well. She seemed to find them easy to walk in and comfortable. We might get these in another color for Christmas we liked them so much!

I bought these shoes for my two year old and they were beautiful, but did not last a day (literally the tab broke after she wore them for an hour), so I would not recommend these.

I bought these gold ballet shoes for a wedding for my 4 month old. Size 1 fit perfectly and I was relieved they weren't too wide and boxy like many infant shoes. The gold ribbon is a nice touch and allows you to customize the fit a bit. They are also soft, beatifully made, and the gold makes them feel extra special. A fun party shoe!

Theses were the perfect Easter shoes for my 2.5 year old. He has a wide foot and they fit him perfectly! It's a classic shoe, however, when he turns 21, I'm sure he will ask me why I made him wear them! Too cute!

My granddaughter wore these shoes in a wedding. The color matched her dress perfectly. She wears a 9 1/2 to 10 and the size 10 fit well. So comfortable! Received them in 24 hours.

Very pretty. I purchased these for my daughters 1st birthday and they looked very pretty. They are not cloth although they look like they are in the photo. They tie on also which helps them not to fall off of her. all in all pretty little girls shoes!

I bought these in a size two for my daughter to wear for her baptism when she was almost six months old. They are so beautiful and well constructed too, but even with the cute bow to tie around her feet one of her ballet shoes repeatedly came off during the ceremony. Pretty disappointed to look back at the pictures from that day and see her with only one shoe on. Still happy to put away these adorable shoes with her christening outfit. Never have a problem with Zappos.

I cannot say enough about the customer service. I called at midnight three day before my niece's wedding because my daughter was the flower girl and the shoes we ordered from somewhere else were too big. These arrived on time and they were perfect. But the guy on the phone that night was as nice as could be...felt like I was talking to an old friend!

These shoes are precious! My 20 month old daughter recently wore them for my sister's wedding, and they were the perfect shoe for her! My daughter has a small foot, and we ordered a size 6, and it was a little wide, but we just tightened the bow and they fit great. Great purchase, great service, we love Zappos!

Love these shoes. My daughter gets compliments on them every time she wears them. The leather is so soft and comfortable to wear. Only drawback is that the ribbon is hard to tie on a squirmy baby, but is worth the extra time because they look adorable once on.
