This suitcase is everything it claims to be. It is lightweight and the wheels make moving it a dream. And I can't believe the service from Zappos! It came the very next day after ordering! These guys are amazing!
Purchased this suitcase for a 2 week Europe trip because it looked durable and spacious. Boy was I wrong, soon after our first flight I found it had dents and scratches all over it that could not be removed. Also, after a couple of days one of the wheels stopped working, I realized that it had been installed incorrectly because a screw hole had been missed causing the wheel to not roll at all. Finally, on the last day of the trip the extend-able handle broke and when I opened up the case and looked at the inside I realized it was installed with cheap fragile plastic and black tape, wow!, Don't think I will be buying Delsey bag again!.
