Great polish! Unlike anything I've ever worn before, and I've been getting my nails done for 20 years now. Even my Salon tech was in awe over this unique chunky glitter polish. It's smooth (won't snag your hosiery) and the shine lasts for days. The ONLY thing that turns me off is that Acetone polish remover will not suffice when trying to remove. My tech actually had to drill it off. YIKES!

Beautiful polish! Application is a bit tricky due to the glitter, but the payoff is worth it.

The color of this polish is amazing, as is the wear. As the mother of 2 toddlers, my nails take a beating, but this polish is able to withstand the abuse. I always get compliments with this polish.

I do not like this polish. The polish itself is thin and an unflattering shade, like dried blood. The glitter is a very pretty red but it is sticky and comes out unevenly. The contrast is bad. I dabbed on a second coat to make the glitter stick to my nail. Removal is very difficult. The red lifts off the glitter and turns it silver. I had to scrub the glitter off my toes. I applied a top coat but the glitter would not come off easily. I usually like Lippmann polish, but the glitter was uneven and made application and removal too difficult. I'm sending this back.

I absolutely love this nail polish. I started off with Happy Birthday and was so thrilled, I ended up buying Across the Universe, Bad Romance, Today Was a Fairytale, and Ruby Red Slippers. I would say Across the Universe is definitely my favorite. However, I'm sure I'll be testing Happy Birthday out quite a bit more over the summer. The glitter really shines and makes your nails stand out and it's fairly easy to apply and fix if you get that extra piece of glitter on your nail bed. If you buy this polish, you will get compliments, I assure you.

This is a beautiful color, but beware it's not easy to get off. Best to use a first coat that is similar to this one then one coat of the Deborah Lippmann. Use 100% acetone to remove polish otherwise, you'll be doing it all day.

I love this polish! I have it in 'Superstar' which is a wonderful gold/bronze glitter shade. The application lasts for weeks but I will agree that it is difficult to remove. Despite the flaws with the removal, I am going to get this brand in at least one more shade! The sparkles are wonderful and rich.

A fantastic glitter polish! At first I was skeptical and I put a base layer and the first layer of this polish and it did not look very glittery, dark mostly. When I put the second layer, it was something to behold! I got compliments every single day and with a topcoat on, it lasted a full week and a half before I had any chips (and the chips were minimal at best!).

I got Across the Universe and I love it! I've received a lot of compliments on it. I usually go with OPI but I am checking on Deborah Lippmann from now on. It's a jelly-based color so you need 3 to 4 coats depending on your personal preference. I have to admit that it takes some effort to lay out the glitters well, but it is worth the time. Nail polish arrived real fast.

Happy Birthday is such a fun color. The large flecks of glitter are unique. I call it "Party on My Hands" and get lots of compliments on it. I put two coats on top of clear nail polish, but it would be pretty on colored nail polish, too. It's durable, too. It stayed on for more than a week, with just a little wear at the tip - way better than normal polish. Yes, it takes a while to remove. Get some acetone nail polish remover and a bunch of cotton balls. Turn on some trashy TV. Really soak the cotton ball and let it sit on your nail for 2-3 minutes, and it will wipe right off. You will be done by the end of your TV show. Try this! You will like it.

Bought "Happy Birthday". Was surprised to discover that this isn't solid glitter nail polish - it just adds a top coat of maybe a dozen specs of glitter per swipe. Would take an infinite number of coats to get all-glitter coverage. Liked it anyway -it will coordinate with any color polish, except gold. Was a really fun addition to pink nail polish. Had a manicurist paint it on, and unfortunately my polish started basically sliding off(!) less than 24 hours later. Don't know whether it is due to using this glitter topcoat or if it was just a terribly done manicure.

Awesome! I never buy such expensive polish, but the colors looked great. And they are! One coat gives just enough shine, where 2 coats could be enough if you're looking for super sparkle. Highly recommend!

'Happy Birthday' is a clear base with an insane (in a good way) amount of multi-colored glitter. The glitter pieces are different sizes. Wearing it alone you need 3 coats and it really does look amazing. I'd say it has a gold/silver undertone although there are reds blues, and greens in this mix. This polish looks great over other colors. I wore it over a metallic gold and it was fantastic as well. I think it literally would look good layered over any color polish and it's very versatile. Also with this you should definitely use a top coat.

This works so well as an amazing, dynamic topcoat. I haven't used it on it's own, but it wears well. Chip free for a good 6 day. Smooth to the touch, as well.

I bought this because it seemed to have better glitter coverage than most other polishes. While it is better you still have to have about 3-4 coats and at that point your nails are rough and anything you bump against is going to take off a chunk of the polish.

Perfect. This nail polish is exactly what I love in nail polish, but find very hard to locate. Absolutely clear base with suspended glitter. But in this case it is really funky color irregularly sized circular glitter!

The key to using these is not to apply layer after layer to achieve an opaque effect. You should either apply one or two coats over another solid polish...or, if you want to wear the glitter on its own, dab it on thickly, rather than swiping on thin coats as you would a regular polish. If you use the dabbing method, even one coat is enough. Wait for it to dry, then top with a topcoat like Seche Vite.
