Cole Haan

Worth every penny. I had ordered these in the black patent but returned them because the accents on the shoe were suede and not as suitable for spring as I had hoped. I got the black nappa instead and couldn't be happier - surprisingly comfortable for a flat and my go-to shoe for spring when I have to wear something other than flip-flops.

The shoes are just as pictured. They are very comfortable, and I get compliments on them often. Obviously, since they are Cole Hahn, they are well made, and should last.

Unexpectedly fabulous shoe. Embarrassingly comfortable. Fits exactly 1.75 toes in the peep hole. The heel feels a little thicker and rugged than it looked in the picture, which is mostly fine. The up-side is that it's a very solid going-out heel that won't get eaten by a NYC sidewalk, that also looks nice fairly nice. (A Thursday shoe. Not a Saturday shoe.) They do just kill it with a pair of skinny jeans. They have also worked their way into the regular rotation of black pumps I keep under my desk in my office.

Loved the style, length and width. Might've loved the cushiness too if I could've kept them. Too bad the uppers aren't snug enough for my flat ol' feet!

I ordered 6.5 W and I'm glad; I don't normally order wide shoes, but based on other reviews, i did. I can't imagine how narrow the M version is. Love the style - exactly what I was looking for, but I'm returning because the leather is squeaky and the foot bed is surprisingly hard. Not sure where the Nike Air comes into play, but it was uncomfortable after a few times around the living room. The leather straps at the toe were SUPER squeaky -- I can't imagine walking through my office making that much noise. Lastly: the jute smelled very strongly of some cigarette smoke-like chemical. I'm sure that will wear off, but that's the first thing I noticed out of the box. Too bad - visually, these are exactly what I wanted.

This shoe's leather is superior. Its workmanship is inferior. The size is not marked, so a lot of guessing must go on. Is that why I received a size 9.5 when I ordered size 11? Ordinarily I wear a size 10.5, but had to go up to a size 11 because the toe box is so short. I have long toes, but not so long a regular pump style shoe looks as if it was made to cover only my toenails. What a waste of material!!

I have two other pairs of Maddy in an older thong style and love the foot-bed. These shoes have the same foot bed but sadly the way the straps are configured they press into my small toe and overall just don't feel very comfortable. They are super cute, but I can't wear them.

Love these shoes! They make my legs look great, and go with everything. They are surprisingly very comfortable as well.

This shoe fits and is mostly comfortable. I've only worn it around the house to get used to heels which I haven't worn in 30 years, but I believe they will work. I only bought them because of the generous return policy of Zappos; I have a horrible time finding shoes for my size 5, wide foot. But no return needed! Thanks, Zappos!

I recommend this item to anyone who carries seven or fewer cards and only a few bills. It's a beautiful case but if you stuff it with too many credit cards, a driver's license and a gift card or two, you'll have a tough time getting the cards out. The magnet on the money clip isn't strong -- by design, I'm sure, to avoid zapping the magnetic strip on credit cards -- so expect the dollar bills to break free.

Very comfortable. I am able to stand in them all day, even with the open toe. I usually avoid this style as iI find it painful. Great pumps!

I am not a heel-wearing-girl, but these are actually quite comfortable. So glad I got them for when I need to dress up. The toe area can be a little uncomfortable.

I plan to wear these shoes for the next 40 years. I have never paid this much for a pair of shoes, but I knew the moment I stepped into them I had found the perfect pair. They are versatile, comfortable, and just plain adorable. They are true to size. I'm a 5.5 in dress shoes. And the heel is a good height. I am not very good at walking in heels, but I hardly know I'm wearing heels at all in these cuties. Love them!

Open back shoes are the only type of shoe I wear because of medical issues. I used Zappos' A-Z index to research all brands of shoes looking for a shoe that might meet my needs. I found these and after reading "about the brand - Cole Haan Nike Air Line shoes," I decided to order them and see how they fit. When I got home from work, the Zappos box was on my front porch, I eagerly opened it and tried the shoes on and I haven't taken them off yet! Cole Haan has made a wonderful shoe - very comfortable, stylish and provides great support. A timeless, classic look! I ordered another pair! Thank you so much!

Love this shoe! This is my third pair over the past six years. These shoes are super comfortable. I wear them everywhere and within everything to the point that I have literally worn them out.

This shoe was very comfortable but my foot hung off the front footbed. Even though I ordered a wide width, it was too narrow for my foot. This is a very attractive sandal and had lots of cushion/support. I'm disappointed this shoe didn't work for me.

I loved these shoes, but you must know that Cole Haan's "wide" is anybody else's medium/narrow. If these really were wide enough, I'd buy them it lots of colors - very comfortable and very stylish.

Perfect staple for most outfits. I love this shoe! I'm not a heels person but the air technology really works! I wore them all night at a rehearsal dinner right out of the box and they were great! Go a half size smaller than you do for flats. I needed the wide version, so consider that for extra comfort!

These are possibly the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have narrow feet. The sides press on my metatarsals. The backs dig into my achilles area and give me blisters. Unable to walk in them. Have to take them off to relieve discomfort.

Love this wedge as a replacement for work heels. Goes well with all of my suits that are hemmed to heels.
