Great tasting coffee. Simple to use. Very clean. I was skeptical that this would produce better coffee than the up-market coffee maker we were replacing, but it does everything it claims. This is the best-tasting coffee I've ever had from a home machine.

Disappointed with this toaster. Toasts the bread unevenly...burns the crust while the center is still untoasted. Bread comes out curled, not flat.

This is an excellent toaster, and it looks very attractive on the counter top. It functions perfectly, and has some nice features like the "bit more" button. Degree of toasting can be set with fine granularity. Overall we have had excellent luck with Breville small kitchen appliances; this is our third one.

Love the look and style of this toaster. A couple of downsides is the annoying beep when the toast is done (which you can't shut off), and when using artisan type bread, it still doesn't pop up enough with the lift to take it out safely -- I needed to go out to buy wooden tongs. Overall, it does a great job of toasting bread and bagels, and I would recommend this to shoppers.

This is by far the best toaster I have owned. Perfect toast, space saving, great looking, good price for great quality.

Previously owned Chef's Choice kettles (3 dead, 1 within warranty). They worked till they died. Wanted to replace with either something cheap (no faith in long life) or really cool (my favorite seemed to have a 50/50 chance of being wrong or spectacular death). Gave up after reading reviews and bought this. Have learned to love it - easier to fill, easy viewing of water level, quick boil, easy clean. This one feels like it was built to use and last.

I love this kettle! I work from home, and used to run downstairs to put the electric kettle on, run back to the office, get busy, and half an hour later realize my tea kettle was likely boiled dry. I really appreciate the "hold temp" feature on this, and the auto shut-off if I leave it too long. I drink a lot of different teas - black, green, white, rooibos, herbals, and I make my coffee with an aeropress, so the different temp selections are perfect! Initially I was reluctant to get something this fancy (and expensive), but am very pleased with my purchase!

This is a great machine. I put it through the test on marshmallow, which it does five minutes faster than Kitchen Aid and it makes them much fluffier. Zappos is the best company in the whole wold. I bought from them since the begining of the company and they have always been extremely nice to clients. I trust them completely.

It is very good looking. Works better than others, very easy to clean. Looks great and clean on your kitchen table, simply beautiful in every case.

We've had this toaster now for about 3 weeks and so far, so good. No complaints. The width of the slots work for everything we've tried. The electronic controls that lower and raise the bread so far work flawlessly. The sliding darkness control is lighted with a red LED and shows how much longer you have to toast. The "peek" button is useful. If it lasts and does not break down, this is a winner. However, beware that this is a big toaster and unless you need 4 slices or so all the time, consider the smaller size.

Love this frother. It works great and it a snap to clean because of the complete stainless interior and exterior.

This juicer is awesome. Some of the pulp is so dry that it resembles sawdust. Some of the other pulp is dry to but like sawdust that's been moistened. Great product. Sturdy. Well made, and I feel we didn't go wrong buying this product. It's a keeper for the long haul. Zappos.com was awesome as well. With fast, efficient, careful shipping. It was a win win.

Just got it and so far I love it... so cool hopefully it will keep working as it is. Makes cooking fun!

Great toaster. Once you find the proper toasting level for different types of breads it is fabulous. Takes a little getting used to but it is great.

The Breville Smart Grinder is my first burr grinder. I absolutely love it! It is stylish looking and compact. It is easy to change from coarse to fine grind, with 25 adjustments. And just as easy to change from 1 shot to 2 or more shots--with the ability to adjust your dose up or down in increments. Maybe best of all, there is no coffee grind mess, not even one little ground! Another nifty feature is that it holds a portafilter and grinds right into it with no mess.

All I hear about is heating food and pizza? Can you actually cook in it? Roast chicken, turkey, beef, etc.?

I like how the kettle looks. I like plastic kettles more than steel ones and it's easier to keep them clean. Minuses: It takes time more than usual for the kettle to stop boiling, but this is not a big issue for me. There is some plastic smell inside the kettle, but I don't feel the smell in my tea so it is also fine for me.

My first experience with Zappos was great! Fast and perfect delivery - my Breville Bamboo Cutting Board came to my home in excellent condition. I would never for a moment hesitate ordering from Zappos again.

Warning: fabulous toaster with incredibly annoying alarm to indicate toast is done (even though you already knew that from the toast-popping-up sound). This alarm is a 5-chime alarm that has been described by other sufferers as an "emergency" noise. Even my microwave only has a 3-chime alarm. My favorite line: "toast is never an emergency." Internet searches reveal instructions to disassemble toaster to remove beeper from circuit board -- thank you fabulous Zappos return policy that I don't have to go there. [NB fellow Zappos fans: from the serial number on the toaster, Breville custimer support let me know that the toaster was manufactured recently. Always the freshest product from Zappos!] I love Breville and my excellent variable temp kettle has a perfectly lovely chime. Don't know what happened.

I've used this machine at work for over 2 years now; well, this espresso machine has been run over 50 times a day and never has failed. Breville BES860XL is simple, easy to operate and maintain machine. Highly recommend.
