I have just discovered XCVI and am so glad I did! I love the first two pairs of pants I ordered, including these. The stretchy waistband is so much more forgiving, flattering, and comfy than jeans, pants with zippers, etc. And, they are stylish, too! Per other reviews, they do stretch a bit after wearing, but not enough that I felt I needed to go down a size. I felt they were very true to size. Love the zipper detail - adds interest, but not bulk. Pockets are placed well, too, so as not to add bulk to the waist area.

Where have XCVI pants been all my life? Or, at least my life after having kids ;) I am a fit 40-year-old, but kids just change the nature of your midsection, no matter if you get back to pre-kid weight or not. That's why I love these pants! The stretchy waistband is so much more forgiving, flattering, and comfy than jeans, pants with zippers, etc. And, they are stylish, too - not a hint of "mom pants" here! Per other reviews, they do stretch a bit after wearing, but not enough that I felt I needed to go down a size. I felt they were very true to size. I am 5'5" and they hit me just below the knees as in the photo.

I have 3 pairs of XCVI pants and I love them - unique styling, comfortable, always get compliments! Unfortunately, I've ordered 3-4 other styles and they are inconsistent in length. These were up to my ankles and I couldn't even wear with flats. The color is gorgeous, which is the only reason I gave it 3 stars on style. I'm 5'8" size 12 and 31" inseam is usually enough for flats, while I prefer 33 inch for most of my shoes. Sad they didn't work out - I'll keep trying XCVI, or perhaps I need to just go with the cropped styles.

Fabric is very light which, I imagine, is cool but choose undergarments wisely! Also found fit snug in the hips but too big in the waist, so they're going back.

The top of the dress is very shear. Would definitely have to wear a cami for the top. Also, the dress lacks structure and fit me more like a shift dress. Sent it back.

See through shorts. The quality of the material did not warrant a $97.00 price tag.

I'm honestly shocked at how flattering and elegant this skirt is! I only took a chance based on reviews and I have to say, this far exceeded my expectations! The skirt is SO pretty, comfortable and the large thick waistband folds over and has a firm hold - you can adjust the length of the skirt based on how much you fold it. I don't know how it can be this flattering when there is so much 'gathered' fabric, but it's absolutely beautiful. I can see this easily being a 3-season skirt here in the Midwest, year-round for those who live in a warmer climate. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves wearing maxi skirts, it's such a different and beautiful addition to your wardrobe!

This skirt is absolutely one of the best I've ever bought. I took a chance on this brand and only did because the reviews were so positive. I didn't think it was possible for this kind of 'draping' of the skirt to be so flattering, but it is perfect! Very much a unique maxi skirt, extremely soft and lightweight, and defies logic at how elegant and flattering it falls on the body. I'd say it's true to size, I am 5'6" and 119 pounds and got the XS. The waistband is thick and folds over with a strong hold to it. The length is perfect, not too long or short and you can even adjust that based on how much you fold the waistband over. The only problem is I bought 2 skirts from this brand thinking I'd send one back, but they are BOTH gorgeous and now I'm probably going to keep them both!

I'm so confused on the sizing. I wear a Small in this brand and these were way too small. Felt like I was putting on an XXS. I also ordered the Gia pants and they fit perfectly. The other style I own is a size small as well. I couldn't even come close to buttoning these and they were short. Not sure if the pants sent were mislabeled? So these are going back. I will still give a good review because if they fit I can tell they would be super cute and comfortable. For reference I'm 5'7 145lbs

These fit great at first than stretch out, become rather loose. I would say not really worth the $79.99. They seem to have just cut some to the material, on purpose for design, but it leaves strings......

I bought the XS and they're still pretty baggy on me. The length is great as I'm 5'9''. The cut out detail is very pretty. I liked this brand postpartum because of the forgiving fabric.

Got these yesterday and wore them today so I can't opine on their sturdiness. However, I was very pleased with the fit. I love pants that have interesting details that are nicely done. I am 5'61/2" tall with longish legs and these were the perfect length out of the box. I'm also in my 50's and though I wore a 6 most of my adult life, the waistline expands as you age even with no weight gain. So the fact that the waist isn't tight and is adjustable, and the cotton has some stretch are big pluses. The small fit me perfectly as this brand runs ample. The legs are neither too tight nor too baggy. Very flattering and comfortable . I hope they hold up and don't fall apart like some other reviewers mentioned. The gray color is nice too.

These pants have a very wide stretchy fabric waistband, that reminds me of maternity pants. The seam where the stretchy waistband meets the cotton/poplin type fabric of the legs hit me right at the widest part of my hips and was very uncomfortable and tight. If I had pulled the pants up higher, the waistband would have been up to my ribcage! So, back these go to Zappos. I ordered a size small and am 5'4" and 145 lbs. Curvy, long waisted. I think if I ordered the Med it would have been huge. These would be better for someone a little more slender and less hippy, and taller with longer legs.

Basic pant for running around with the kids, summer activities, etc. This brand lasts for years too. They run large so go down a size.

These are my favorite pants! I own them in several colors and have been wearing them for many years. Due to my age (over 50), I no longer wear shorts but I live in the VERY HOT climate of Arizona. These pants are a cotton-blend, breathable, comfortable fabric. I can be comfy in above 100 degree temps! The pants can be dressed up with a blouse or be worn with a more casual tee shirt. I am 5'10" tall and the length is just long enough for sandals. They do stretch, so buy them tight as they will loosen and conform to your body after wearing them a couple times. I wash in gentle cycle, cold water and hang to dry. They hold up pretty well but there is fading over time. My only complaint (but I still LOVE these pants) is that the pocket stitching always comes out in places. It's happened on every pair although the stitching is fine everywhere else on the pants. I hand stitch the loose areas on the pockets (not fun!)and REALLY wish XCVI would correct this issue! Maybe use multiple seams on the pockets? Or a different sturdy/stretchy thread? If the pocket stitches stayed in place, these pants would be absolutely PERFECT!!

I just received this skirt (moonbeam color) today. I absolutely love it! Finding a skirt that I really like is very difficult for me. Love the style, length and the classiness of this skirt. Just ordered another one in a different color. You will not be disappointed buying this skirt....it's a little pricey, but worth it.

I ordered these pants in another colour and they were really cute but this colour looked really gross. I'm not much for the worn out look so maybe that was part of it but I returned them.
