They run small. Order at least 1/2 size up. Wore them for the first time today. So far so good. They feel great.

I absolutely loved my Inov8 F-Lite Series shoe. When I saw these, I had to have them. They have NOT disappointed! The shoe is super comfortable, sturdy and great for training or wearing all day. I have a high arch and under pronate and this shoes still fits me perfectly. I love the wider toe front and feel the shoe fits true to size. Highly recommend all inov8's!

It is hard to find a trail running shoe in size 14 (UK).I bought this shoe and when I put it on it felt marvelous. No break in required. I went out on my favorite trail right after a heavy rain and ran over slick mud covered rocks both up and down slope. I never felt that I was loosing grip on the terrain. The perfect combination of firmness and flexibility. Zappo's please keep this size in stock

Love these shoes! I have run on Terraclaw for a couple of years and wanted something for an option if I needed to run on roads. These are great for that. Fit much like the Terraclaw, but with a bit of padding.

The sides of my feet were pushing out a lot on these shoes. I don't have wide feet, but there is no side support on these. Felt very different than 2 other innov8s (Terraclaw and Roadclaw) that I have.

These have a stiff material on the bottom - more like a cleat than a regular sneaker. This makes them rather slippery on a gym floor if you're planning to do side lunges or anything else that requires a little bit of grip or stability. Otherwise, they fit great and look awesome.

I'm a nurse, on my feet 12+ hours a day. I prefer the "barefoot" shoes because arch support actually makes my feet hurt worse. I like these shoes for the comfort in the toe box and the width. The sole of the shoe is actually pretty stiff, no cushion at all. By the end of my 12 hour shift my feet are sore but not as bad as some other shoes I've tried. I would give these more stars if the sole was slightly more cushioned but overall I like them and continue to wear them.

These shoes are lightweight and comfortable - perfect for running. I purchased these in black/grey and love how classic and sleek they look. Definitely recommend!

These shoes are very nice, but I am not sure they are worth the high price tag. I have not worn them outside yet, as I am still not sure if I am going to keep them or not. Here are the good and bad for me. Positives: - Full length sticky Vibram sole - Low profile mid-sole - Zero drop - Lightweight - High toe box, especially at the toe, not necessarily wide Negatives: - Too expensive - Upper has a lot going on, a simpler, cleaner upper would be nice - Toe box is slightly narrow - Not very flexible, feel stiff walking around, hoping they will break in - Stiffness makes me think these may not be great for running I am looking for a shoe to replace the Inov-8 f-lite 195s. That shoe was good for the gym and running. This shoe does not quite fit the bill but is close. The high toe area is a concern and the stiffness may not work for running.

This is a great trainer. Any floor work, cross cutting type movement - fantastic. They were not great on treadmill. Trying to run, felt very flat on fore foot and knee and shins bothered me.

Good looking shoe but it stops there for me. I've had Reebok Nanos and Nike Metcons and wanted a shoe with a bit more lift. The F-Lite 250 seemed to be the answer. I wore it around the house for an hour after receiving next day from Zappos and my feet ached. The toe box in this shoe is roomy and wide as they fully disclose in the description. In my opinion the reason for the extra roomy toe box is that the insoles are paper thin and have absolutely no support. I considered keeping and upgrading the insole but for this price the shoes should have some support. I could feel the heel through the insole which made if feel like I was wearing a shoe with slight heel. kind of odd. I'm returning these shoes.

I wear an 8 in Nike's and normally 7.5- 8 in everyday shoes. These were way too big in size 8. I am going to exchange for 7.5 and hope they work!

Awesome. Very comfortable out of the box, and the color looks great. I have semi wide feet, and these fit perfect. So happy with this purchase.

I've owned a lot of these shoes. I ordered the 250's and 235's to compare yesterday . I had been wearing 250's for the last 6 months but they're getting old and I'm always looking for something new. After putting one on each foot I still prefer the 250's for the gym. The stability, heel, and overall feel is much better for heavy lifting. The 250 won as my everyday gym shoe for upper, lower, and cardio. I'm more of a dead lifter who jogs than a jogger who deadlifts. If you're the opposite, go with the 235's. I think the 235's are great for mobility and agility stuff. They are surprisingly comfortable but I would compare them more to the UA MicroG or a Nike Air (without the padding) than a crossfit/lifting shoe. I'm keeping the 235's as an every day, go to the grocery, walk around Disney shoe. I have black big toes and squished pinky toes from wearing Nikes a month ago on a long vacation. The innov-8's across the board (370's, 335's, 250's, 235's, and 185's) have a wider toe box which I really like.

The minus one star is for the all black which with the rounded toe makes them look like nurse's shoes or like they're orthotics. They look just as ridiculous as my light blue and fluorescent orange 250's. I wish they would make or carry a size 13 that didn't look like I'm 80 or a clown. Rant over... I wanted a comparison of the different innov-8's so after buying a few pairs I thought I'd add one. I currently own the: 370, 335, 250, 235, and 185 versions. 370's and 335's are basically the same shoe with the 370 having more padding on the tongue. This could lead to moisture issues in hotter gyms I guess. The dials are great if you find yourself constantly adjusting your shoes between sets or need your shoes to feel the exact same. They are both basically the same chassis (for lack of a better word). They're good for powerlifting but not for running, jumping, or anything requiring agility. Lunges, farmers carry, box steps, squats, deadlifts, snatches, and cleans are great in these. The 185's had no form. It was like putting a bag on my that had a rubber sole. I guess if you lift barefoot these are for you. 250's: These are exactly what you would think. 1/2 way between the 370/335's and the 185's. I love these shoes and they are my everyday gym shoe. I prefer to lift heavier and incorporate box jumps, sprints, sled work, HIIT, etc. These shoes give me great stability, good movement, wide toe box, and a great heel. At the same time, they're still comfortable for chest and back workouts too. The 235's, which are awesome too are the opposite. If you're more of a runner/cardio person who likes to lift, go with the 235's.

Cute shoe! Unfortunately not comfortable, too flat inside for my high arch. Top of shoe above toes is a rubber area that is tight across the tips of my toes and doesn't seem like it will stretch out, darn. Like the 4 mm drop but could use more cushioning under the ball area. Needed to size up a half size. Going to have to return.

Love these shoes but too small! At least a 1/2 to a full size small.

I love the way this shoe fits my feet. Just not wide enough. :(

I wanted to love them: They're much cuter than the photo, especially the light grey/teal/purple color. They do run wide (accommodated my bunion and wide toe area nicely) and long, although I didn't mind my toes having a bit of wiggle room. As recommended, I bought the size 8 for my 10.5 foot. Two things prevented my keeping them - the barefoot style and inadequate arch just didn't give me enough support.

These shoes are great for the gym, especially if you are doing heavy compound lifts. They are almost completely flat which helps stabilize you foot when squatting deadlifting etc. There is no cushion which can be kinda rough on you feet if trail running.

shoes fit true to size. comfortable without "breaking in". soles are hard but flexible. i use them in a crossfit gym and they feel great. have not run outdoors in them , will probably opt for more cushioned running shoe for those days.
