I have never experienced such great service with any other company. Great telephone interaction. Received my order the very next day without paying additional charges. My 7 Diamonds Runnin' Away Shirt is awesome! Shirt is even nicer in person than online! 7 Diamonds is a great quality brand. You just can't go wrong with Zappos. This is not my first experience with Zappos. I ordered a pair of Merrell snow boots a couple of years ago and received the same great service. That is why I continue to use Zappos. You just don't experience service anywhere like they offer. I like doing business with companies who appreciate me and my hard earned dollars. They don't make you feel like just another number, but rather that you are a special customer. The fact that they ask for this feedback tells me they care about the way they do business. Go Zappos!
All in all, not a bad jacket. Leather connoisseurs may not be able to tell if it is top or full grain leather: full grain is smooth and buttery, while top can be cracked and stiff. It's also an inferior quality. I myself couldn't tell, but I only paid a fraction of this price for it (it came altered to our store) so I'm not too worried.
I love this jacket! Read the other reviews before purchse, and they were spot on! Beware Extra Soft Leather and will probably need some TLC, but it's well worth it! Also, beware of Zappos excellent customer service! Keep up the good work!
Amazing jacket, fitting is perfect. Quality is top notch, I get compliments on it all the time. Definitely a worthy purchase.
This coat kicks ass!! I have never heard of 7 Diamonds before buying this coat but I can now say they make killer leather jackets! This coat fits me great. It was a toss up between the Milan, Madrid or LA jacket. I love how long the sleeves run on this jacket and the cuffs are thicker. Haven't worn it in extreme cold temps yet so can't say how warm it would be but it does seem like it would do well.
Great coat. Well made but living in Arizona I found it a little heavy. I need to opt for a lighter model.
Great looking shirt, Great price let me tell you I was reluctant to spend the money for this shirt, but let me tell you it's worth every penny, not to mention Zappos' awesome shipping.
